Where are sessions held?
Sessions take place at my Newport Beach studio or on location at your office. If you prefer your own environment, I’ll handle all the setup — you just show up. Both options produce the same level of quality, so it comes down to what works best for your schedule.
How long does a session take?
I offer two session types. The Portrait Refresh is 30 minutes and is built for a clean, professional profile image — the kind you’d use on LinkedIn or a company directory. The Executive Session is a full hour and produces a broader set of images suited for press, speaking engagements, marketing materials, and anything that needs to represent you at a higher level. Both are efficient and require no photography experience on your end.
How many final images will I receive?
The Portrait Refresh includes 3 fully retouched images and the Executive Session includes 12. Every image is delivered ready to use across business profiles, press releases, your website, speaking profiles, or any marketing material. If neither package fits your exact needs, we can create a custom package for your specific needs.
How soon will I receive my photos?
Portrait Refresh images are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Executive Session images are delivered within 48 to 72 hours. If you’re working against a deadline, reach out before booking and I can usually accommodate a faster turnaround.
Do you shoot entire teams?
Absolutely, I offer half and full-day rates for team shoots on location at your office or preferred venue. The day is structured to move efficiently so your entire team walks away with high-level portraits in a single session. Timeline depends on the size of your team and how we schedule them throughout the day — reach out and I’ll put together a plan that works for your group.
