The exact address is given once your appointment is booked. Studio space is by appointment only. It is conveniently located close to the end of the 55. Landmarks nearby are Triangle Square and Newport Harbor High School. I also occasionally shoot out of my home studio new Newport Beach.
Yes. Team headshot days and executive branding shoots almost always happen at your office or rented location. We bring the full studio setup, including lighting and backdrop, anywhere in Orange County. There’s no travel fee within Orange County. We travel and set up a portable studio in all Orange County cities. Yes this includes Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Tustin, Santa Ana, Mission Viejo and beyond.
We’re based in Newport Beach and work throughout Orange County. Most of our on-location sessions take us to Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and Laguna Beach, but if your office is in the county, we’ll come to you. Executive sessions sometimes take us further beyond Orange County and even outside of California.
No. We don’t charge any travel fees for addresses within Orange County. Locations outside of Orange County such as Los Angeles County or Riverside County we charge a $150 travel fee.
Plan for about 45 minutes to an hour. That’s enough time to try a couple of looks and review images as we go, without ever feeling rushed. You’ll leave knowing we got the shot.
We plan the shoot day around your team’s schedule, then arrive early and set up a portable studio at your office. From there we photograph each team member one at a time, with the same lighting and backdrop for everyone, so the results stay consistent across your whole team. Each person is away from their desk for less than ten minutes, and most teams are done in a half day.
Once you book, we send a short preparation guide covering wardrobe, colors, and grooming. The short version: solid colors photograph better than patterns, bring two or three options, and wear something you feel like yourself in. We’ll help you choose on the day.

It depends on your session. Individual sessions include 2 to 5 retouched final image(s), with additional images available. Executive sessions include every strong image from the shoot, retouched and delivered as a complete library. Every photo we deliver is individually retouched. Natural skin, clean lines, still recognizably you.
Individual sessions typically book 1 week out. Team days need more lead time to coordinate schedules, so 2 weeks is comfortable. If you have a hard deadline, reach out anyway. We can often make it work.
